When I stepped into a pole studio a few years ago, I never dreamed of how big a part of my life it would become. No other sport has given me as much confidence and happiness, and I love sharing that with others... if you aren't already obsessed with pole, you will be by the time I'm finished with you!

My aim is to help get you strong and looking effortless on the pole - taking time to build up strength and confidence, and focusing on nailing technique. Think gorgeous shapes, flowy spins and dramatic combos.

But most importantly, I like to have fun with sessions - after all, that's what it's all about!
