As an ex Gymnast I was looking for a something more engaging than your average fitness class. Pole fitness had always appealed to me but I didn’t find the right fit until I heard about the fun, friendly and challenging classes at Pole Attack. I joined as a student in 2011, and after a break to have my second child I came back at the end of 2013 and felt more at home in class than ever. Pole helped me to regain my confidence as well as my ability, and I was totally hooked. I became a Pole Fitness instructor in 2017, and will finish personal training and hoop qualifications in 2020.
