I joined Pole Attack in 2013 & I was hooked since my first lesson!  

I’ve always had a dance background since I was 5 when I started ballet, tap and modern so I’m never caught without that pointy toe…. As much as Helen tries to make me land with flat feet… So, when I found a discipline where I could spin, hang upside down, create beautiful shapes with pointy toes, I fell in love!  

I am (will  be) an Xpert 1&2 pole instructor qualified in 2023 and I look forward to meeting everyone.
