(Please note, if you attend our weekly courses, you cannot use this class as a make up session for any missed classes.) What is the difference between pole fitness and exotic pole? Our exotic pole classes are based around sensuality. It is mainly floor, lower pole based, and routine based. You perform the class in pole specified heels. Whereas pole fitness is less routine based and more focused on the gymnastic element of pole. These classes are all perform without shoes We have two dedicated pole studios, with six pole in each studio. Studio one has 3.5 metre poles and studio two has, 4 metre poles Clothing: Leggings, Shorts, Sports bra(if needed), Vest top Terms and Conditions Courses, classes, and workshops are paid in full and upfront. Once your place is secured, it is non-refundable or transferable. You are bound by the terms and conditions of Pole Attack Ltd and Pole Attack Workshops Ltd.
