At Pole Attack we teach the following styles of exotic pole dance: Russian Exotic - Power tricks, hard tricks, dynamic combos, kips, drops, toe bangs and clacks. Stripper Old School - Sexy, sassy and sensual movement. Chair Dance - Using a chair to dance and perform acrobatic dance moves on and around the chair. Sexy Combos - Seamless movements around the pole, such as body waves and hair flicks. Showgirl - Spinny pole. Edgework - Creating beautiful movements with your shoes. Dirty Floor Work What is the difference between pole fitness and exotic pole? Our exotic pole classes are based around sensuality. It is mainly floor, lower pole based, and routine based. You perform the class in pole specified heels. Whereas pole fitness is less routine based and more focused on the gymnastic element of pole. These classes are all perform without shoes We have two dedicated pole studios, with six pole in each studio. Studio one has 3.5 metre poles and studio two has, 4 metre poles Clothing: Leggings, Shorts, Sports bra(if needed), Vest top What is included in your course fees? 1. OPEN TRAINING SESSIONS- These are extra sessions to your 'normal' instructed pole classes. No instruction takes place, however, an instructor is always present to oversee the session. 2. VISUAL LEARNING - Tick Sheets and PDF Visual learning aids created by Pole Attack, to monitor your progression. 3. We never have more than 2x people to a piece of equipment, as we do not believe in overbooking our classes. 4. CAN'T MAKE A SESSION? - Makeup sessions are allowed in any of the mid-week evening classes within your term time. If you miss a class for whatever reason, you can make up the missed session within your term time. 5. MULTI-COURSE DISCOUNTS - You receive £34 off a second course, which runs alongside your current course. Please ask us for the discount code. 6. This includes transferring your place onto another course, class or workshop or giving your place to someone else.
