After winning the Intermediate category of Polenastics in 2013 (a national pole competition) I was invited to join the Pole Attack teaching team, & have been teaching since 2014. I am fully insured & qualified in the following: XPERT Pole Fitness Level 1 and 2, Spin City Beginner Aerial Sling, Emergency First Aid At Work, Exercise to Music Level 2, Advanced Stretching Techniques, First Aid. I also have an A Level in Dance and a BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts.
As well as in house training, I have attended many Pole Masterclasses with Pole Champions: Dan Rosen, Sarah Scott, Annie Norris, Bendy Kate, Heidi Hildersley, Felix Cane, Pantera, Leigh-Ann Reilly.
My absolute favourite things are creating routines & teaching beginners; I love to dance & I'm passionate about working on the fundamentals, & there is so much joy to be had watching people achieve things they believed they would never do!
